Thanks very much. Yes both of them are outputs of the segmentation. The ''segmap'' is the direct predicted output of the model, while ''output'' is the modified segmap in which the required colormaps are applied to give segmented objects their assigned color maps as it is in the dataset and it will be the final output of the function.

Both segmap and the modified segmap which is "output" are returned in the function.
